Overview
Suparelay is a web app that places real phone calls to landlines and mobile phones in more than 200 countries and territories. It runs in a current browser on a computer, a tablet or a phone. You install nothing, and you need no SIM card and no phone number of your own.
Type or paste a number. Suparelay identifies the country, checks that the destination is supported, and shows the price per minute for that exact number before anything is charged. Press call and the phone on the other side rings as it does for any other call: the person you reach needs no app, no account and no internet connection.
Some calls only work on a phone number: your bank abroad, an airline, an embassy, a landlord. Those lines do not answer an internet calling app. Suparelay makes that call from a browser tab, and the price is visible before the call, the flow is one page, and nothing is sold by subscription.
Since Microsoft closed Skype in May 2025, its replacement has no credit for calls to ordinary phone numbers. Suparelay does that one job.

Pricing & Plans
Calls are paid from prepaid credit in US dollars, from $5, charged per started minute. Rates start from about 2 cents a minute: an India landline is $0.02 a minute and the US is $0.04 a minute.
Billing starts when somebody answers, which includes voicemail and automated menus. A call that is busy, rejected or unanswered costs nothing. There is no subscription, no monthly fee and no connection fee, and credit never expires.
