Onboarding is intentionally minimal — just two inputs. You give Monk your product website URL (so it can infer your niche, products, and positioning) and connect your Meta ads account (so it can learn your existing ad style and serve as the destination for new creatives). Under the hood, Monk runs a four-stage pipeline. First, competitor discovery uses your URL to identify the top brands currently running ads in your space.
